My Story
I have over 25 years experience in residential house design utilising 3D CAD software. Over that time I have done 100's of house plans, plans for alterations, & plans for commercial/industrial buildings .
I have designed & built 12 houses. This includes my current eco-house built with structural insulated panels (SIPS).
Being 'on the tools' has given me in-depth knowledge on how houses are built and what are practical solutions.
I am a registered building practitioner - BP136337. I can undertake most residential design projects.
This business allows me to have a 'lifestyle'. I travel frequently, often to Australia, BUT, distance isn't an issue, as long as I have a mobile service, clients can have direct contact. I also connect to the internet by tethering to my laptop.
