I'm Steve from Affordable Plans. I have 25+ years experience in residential house design utilising 3D CAD software.
As a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP1) I undertake most residential & commercial/industrial design work in New Zealand.
This experience means I think smarter......

What I Do
What I Do
I take my client's floor plan ideas for their new home, and along with the Design Brief, I prepare Affordable Plans for Building Consent (BC).
On my clients behalf, I can also prepare the BC application and lodge with Council.
I'm passionate about Affordable Housing & Energy Efficient design.
Years of experience allows for an Affordable Design fee schedule.
